So we camped another year at
Carpinteria! As always we had a great time with family at the beach and at the campfire. We visited our usual hangouts as well as doing something new this year. We went on a little boat ride from the pier through the Santa Barbara Harbor. The girls and my nephew got to steer the boat for a short time. It was a
good trip and I am glad my sister, her boyfriend, my brother and his girlfriend got to join us.

Getting candy from Robitaille's candy store. They make their own candy..all kinds of good stuff (they make the inaugural mints for the Presidential Inaugurations). The kids prefer to get the other stuff you can get anywhere though!

Amy, can I trade my summer for yours? We just spent the evening in the ER and JJ got 3 stitches! That, on top of everything else!
Whoo hoo lots or summer fun. I can't believe how big George is...it seems like he was just a baby...and now look at him. It is great to share the family traditions with the next generaration! :)
